HERE ARE YOUR TASKS

As a nurse in Flen Municipality, you will have an independent, varied, and meaningful role where you work closely with patients and together with colleagues who care – both for each other and for those we serve.

You will work within Flen Municipality's municipal health and medical care and meet patients in ordinary housing, special housing, short-term housing, and day activities. As a nurse, you are responsible for planning, assessing, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions – always with the patient's needs at the center. You lead and coordinate patient work and collaborate closely with nursing assistants, rehabilitation, doctors, and other professionals. Here you are never alone, but you have a large personal responsibility and mandate to make decisions.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO:

• Have a Swedish nursing license.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

WE HIGHLY VALUE:

• Specialist training (for example, elderly care or district nurse).
• Experience in municipal health and medical care.
• Experience with Pulsen Combine.
• At least two years of professional experience as a nurse.
