We are now looking for a Physiotherapist for Home Healthcare.

Physiotherapists and occupational therapists work with patients in ordinary housing. Right now, we have several physiotherapists who are furthering their education, and we are therefore looking for a new team member.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist within municipal healthcare, you will assess, investigate, and evaluate function based on the individual's capabilities, goals, and current health status. The physiotherapeutic measures consist of function-preserving and rehabilitative interventions, including prescribing and fitting assistive devices. Prescription and guidance of nursing staff in rehabilitative practices are an important part of the work, including transfer training.

Your work and contributions should help patients maintain and develop the best possible activity and functional ability. As a physiotherapist, you have great opportunities for teamwork with occupational therapists, nurses, and other care and support staff. Physiotherapists and occupational therapists work in pairs within their respective areas of responsibility. Collaboration is an important part of promoting professional development and achieving a holistic view of care and rehabilitation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• license as a physiotherapist.
• driver's license (B) and good driving experience with a passenger car.
• good ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish.
• good computer skills.

We consider previous experience as a physiotherapist or experience from other municipal or regional healthcare as meritorious. Knowledge of Web SESAM (ordering system for assistive devices) is also an advantage. Your personal qualities are important, and we will place great emphasis on these. We prefer that you are a creative person who is engaged in your own and the organization's development. You are not afraid to take initiative and dare to try new things; you have good communication skills and convey your messages in a pedagogical manner. You are collaborative and also comfortable working independently. You value a professional approach and contribute to a positive work environment. It is also very important to show interest in working within the field and to put the patient's needs at the center.
