What do we offer you?

We are a well-functioning health center with permanent staff and various specialist clinics. We offer good conditions. We are located in pleasant premises in central Strängnäs. The practice has about 7500 listed patients, including a medical clinic and a nursing/district nurse clinic responsible for specialist clinics in asthma/COPD, diabetes, and heart failure. The clinic also includes a mental health team and physiotherapy.

The position is a temporary one for at least one year and may be extended.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/district nurse who wants to contribute to a stable nursing clinic with good quality. Like us, you want to work to provide our patients with the best through advice, treatment, and health-promoting work. You have a good attitude, want to develop within the organization, and see opportunities. You are flexible, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. The position includes telephone advice (teleQ), chat, and clinic visits. Experience in diabetes and/or coordination is a big plus but not a requirement.
