About us

Frösjö Healthcare Center is centrally located in Gnesta, about a 2-minute walk from the train and bus station. We have been operating since October 2019 and currently have around 4000 registered patients. Frösjö Healthcare Center is a private healthcare center that has an agreement with Hälsoval, Region Sörmland.

We are a flexible team that works closely together and does our best to ensure that both staff and patients feel comfortable. Our registered patients receive timely care and experience a good relationship with all our employees. Here, we take care of each other and enjoy our work!

Your responsibilities:

As a junior doctor/medical assistant at Frösjö Healthcare Center, you will work with a variety of tasks, including daily consultations and scheduled patients both physically and/or digitally. As a medical assistant, you will primarily handle our urgent visits and manage cases such as infections, earaches, sore throats, rashes, coughs, breathing difficulties, wound injuries, eye problems, mild abdominal pain, and allergies, among others. You will be assigned a permanent supervisor who will guide you during your employment.

We are looking for someone who wants to further develop their skills in the medical profession, especially someone with a genuine interest in primary care.

Your qualifications:

- Medical degree within the EU or

- Medical degree outside the EU, but who has passed the knowledge and practical exams for doctors educated outside the EU. With us, you will have the opportunity to complete 6 months of clinical training with good supervision.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to their work and has a good ability to work both independently and in a team. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

If your native language is not Swedish, you must be able to express yourself well both in writing and verbally (C1 level). Previous experience of working or interning at a healthcare center is an additional merit.
