About Us

We are a positive and dedicated team working in the emergency department and our medical intermediate care unit, MIMA. We place great importance on promoting teamwork to create a good flow and care for our patients. In the emergency department, we treat patients with medical, surgical, and orthopedic diseases and injuries. During weekends, primary care is also available in our facilities. The tasks and patient flow are varied, creating a stimulating work environment. In MIMA, we have 4 beds where we care for patients with medical conditions and stabilize patients who need to be transferred to a higher level of care. We offer professional development both within the organization and externally.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in a team with nursing assistants and doctors. Your tasks include assessing acutely ill patients, medication management, documentation, nursing care, and some leadership responsibilities. We provide onboarding and continuous training to ensure you feel secure and develop in your role. Welcome to an attractive workplace!

Your Qualifications

We are looking for driven, positive, licensed nurses. If you have further education in emergency care, intensive care, or as a district nurse, we see it as a positive, but it is not a requirement. As a person, you are flexible and stable in acute situations. You are responsible and can take initiative while also appreciating the positive aspects of collaborating and achieving goals together with others. In your interactions with patients, you have an empathetic and service-oriented approach. Personal qualities are highly valued. We hope that you who apply have a genuine interest in emergency care and want to develop in your professional role with us.

Permanent employment on a full-time basis or other employment levels can be discussed with a start date according to agreement.
