About the role

As a group manager, you are both the team captain and a player. You motivate, coach, and challenge your team to achieve their goals in business volume, customer satisfaction, and quality, while also being involved in business yourself! You meet both new and existing business customers, build relationships, and identify business opportunities.

What makes the role extra enjoyable? You build strong and long-term relationships with entrepreneurs in Norrbotten, where you and your team are their primary advisors and sounding board in both small and large matters. You conduct credit assessments, business analyses, and offer our smart solutions in corporate banking and pensions – always with the customer's best interests in focus. You collaborate with other business areas and find new ways to create even better solutions for our customers.

You follow up and report the group's results to the bank manager and are part of the bank's management, where you influence the development of the entire banking operation in Norrbotten.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is as much a team player as a leader. You easily create engagement and energy around you, and you inspire others to want to contribute. You are brave and willing to make decisions. You are attentive and have the ability to see each individual, while also having a holistic perspective and can prioritize when needed.

We would also like you to have:

• A university degree.
• Experience in business advising, preferably within banking or pensions.
• Documented leadership experience.
• Good understanding of business development and credit assessment.
• High integrity and good knowledge of regulations.
