As a sales associate, your primary task is to ensure that customers feel welcome, comfortable, and find the right products and solutions during their visit. With commitment, personal responsibility, and initiative, you and your colleagues enhance the shopping experience at Clas Ohlson. In a service-oriented manner, you actively engage with customers, create customer interactions, answer questions, and share information about our products. Your role also includes working at the cash register and being part of the product flow, including restocking.

This position is a temporary summer job with the possibility of extension.

To achieve this, you will work on:

• Being available and proactively reaching out to customers while always striving to provide world-class customer service

• Having the mindset to make every customer satisfied, regardless of the situation, but within given frameworks

• Participating in all tasks in the store and following routines and working methods

• Contributing to the development of customer interactions, store routines, and tasks

• Assisting in the introduction and training of new employees and colleagues

• Being involved in keeping store areas, backrooms, and offices clean and organized

Who are we looking for?

• Work experience in customer service and/or in one of our product categories is an advantage

• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• You must be at least 16 years old to work with us
