Store Staff Wanted at ICA Maxi Luleå

At ICA Maxi Luleå, we are currently looking for dedicated and meticulous store staff for several departments for the summer. With us, you will be an important part of a wonderful team where we work together to create the best experience for our customers.

About the Positions

• Part-time, 20–35 hours/week during the holiday period (weeks 25–33). Introduction will take place before week 25.
• Temporary employment during the period.
• Working hours between 05:00–22:15, varying shifts day, evening, and weekend.
• Weekend work is included in the position; several positions require work more than every other weekend, averaging 5 days a week (with weekdays off instead).
• Age requirement: at least 16 years, 18 years for work in deli/bakery.
• Language requirement: You need to be able to speak and understand Swedish, as all our positions involve customer service.

Cashier – we are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and always greets customers with a smile.
• Handles payments and inquiries quickly, smoothly, and accurately.
• Contributes to a welcoming atmosphere and is happy to help in other departments when needed.

Stocking (dry goods/fresh goods/freezer) – we are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• Is efficient, meticulous, goal-oriented, and responsible.
• Creates order and structure and contributes to a positive atmosphere in the store.

Deli/Bakery – we are looking for someone who:

• Loves to provide first-class service and greet customers with a smile.
• Is cooperative but can also work independently.
• Is efficient, meticulous, and service-oriented.
• Ideally has previous experience working with food.
• Helps where needed and contributes to a good working environment.

Regardless of department, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
• Is responsible, meticulous, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is flexible and can work varying hours, weekdays and weekends.
• Can easily collaborate but also take personal responsibility.
• Has experience from similar work – meritorious but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in similar work is an advantage.
• We always work together as a store team, which means you will help out in different departments.

Period
