LKAB Berg & Betong

LKAB Berg & Betong is a leading group with full-service solutions for the mining and construction industry. We perform rock reinforcement and tunneling in our mines, as well as process waste rock into gravel and crushed stone.

Your role

As a planner, you will work closely with production and have daily contact with customers, transport companies, and internal departments. You will be responsible for receiving concrete orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring correct delivery planning. The work is done via computer and phone, where you plan the day's runs and communicate with both production and transporters. You compile volumes for customer projects and internal needs, handle complaints, and follow up on deviations. The role requires flexibility – you have a plan for the day but are prepared to adjust to changes that arise.

What you bring with you

You are flexible and can handle rapid changes while working in a structured manner and keeping order in a fast-paced environment. You take responsibility for ensuring deliveries occur as planned and are communicative in your contact with customers, colleagues, and transport companies. The role requires resilience and the ability to prioritize when multiple things happen simultaneously. You also bring:

• Experience in customer service and order reception.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
• Experience in the concrete field (meritorious).
• Class 2 competence (meritorious).
