Description 

At our Customer and Member Service department, 21 Customer and Member Advisors work across our 9 locations. Together, we assist our customers, primarily housing cooperatives, as well as our members. Through phone, email, and visits, we answer questions, handle cases, and provide advice on contract management, membership issues, and everything related to 'The Good Living'. Our strategy is to be close to our customers, as we are primarily a service-oriented company and depend on creating close and long-term relationships with our customers and members.

We are looking for a Customer and Member Advisor for our office in Kiruna, starting as agreed.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include contract management and membership inquiries where you receive customers via phone, digital channels, or visits. Case management and contact with residents and members are significant aspects of daily work. The main tasks include:

  • Advising and providing service regarding HSB Savings.

  • Service and management of rental apartments, condominiums, and other rental objects.

  • Preparation for our invoicing and payment matters. 

  • Support and service in membership issues.

  • Coordinating cases between our customers and contractors.

In the long term, we also want you to take on the role of HSB board member, i.e., participate in a housing cooperative's board. There, you will support the board in their work and safeguard the interests of the members.

It is important that you have the ability to independently plan, structure, and carry out your work and actively participate in developing the organization. You should be curious and have a holistic view with a good ability to collaborate with your colleagues across the entire organization, regardless of department or location. You need to be attentive and express yourself simply in both speech and writing, keeping the customer in focus. We expect that you share our values and that your actions towards members and customers are based on them.

Qualifications

As computers and phones are our primary tools, we see that you, as an applicant, have good telephone and computer skills, as well as the ability to learn new systems. If you have previously worked with phone or digital contact methods, we consider it an advantage.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months and a start date as agreed. We apply continuous selection, and the position may be filled before the application deadline, which is January 28, 2026.
