Job Responsibilities
The role of the auctioneer involves selling Blinto's services by establishing and developing partnerships within your sales district. You will primarily work with companies, but the size of the companies and types of industries may vary.

The products primarily auctioned on Blinto.se are construction machinery, utility vehicles, and tools.

One of the best parts of the role is the variety and freedom. You work independently but are part of a team with active support from our various roles at Blinto.

The job responsibilities include

• You will travel around Norrbotten to customers with both scheduled and spontaneous visits.
• Responsible for object documentation – text, photos, and videos. You will also create advertisements for the objects you sell.
• Work independently and with the office during the auction to ensure an optimal experience for both sellers and bidders.
• Negotiate as needed to secure a deal when the reserve price is not met.
• Guide customers through the entire auction process, from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who
We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role at Blinto. Furthermore, we see that you have previously worked in some form of sales where you are used to approaching customers via phone, spontaneous visits, and through your existing network. It is also an advantage if you have worked with proactive sales in your previous role.

To fit the role of auctioneer, we see that you are business-minded, self-driven, and responsible, with the ability to organize and plan your own work effectively. You enjoy working independently but also understand the importance of collaboration, both with customers and colleagues. You are communicative and relationship-building and have an easy time establishing long-term relationships with both sellers and bidders. You are also motivated by the opportunity to influence your income.

• Driver's license B
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
