As a Service Leader with us, you will work with project management of maintenance and services within substations, power plants, and industries in our service agreements for station maintenance.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to create the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and generate additional opportunities in collaboration with customers and suppliers. In the role of Service Leader, you will primarily work from the office at your establishment, but you will also be out in the field to ensure that projects run smoothly. The work is very independent, but at the same time requires strong collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with a service leader who works on the same customer agreement.

Some of your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business planning and execution of projects through work management, administration, and coordination
  • Inform and report on project status to the client
  • Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects and handle closure and follow-up on the finances
  • Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer
  • Actively contribute to new business with new and existing customers
  • Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together

Day trips are a natural part of the work as a Service Leader. A small number of overnight stays may occur.

Requirements

Your background / Requirements

As a Service Leader with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for the work performed in the field. It is important that you are comfortable with various computer systems, have administrative experience, and are confident in an environment where you manage and follow up on many administrative flows simultaneously. You work methodically, keep order in systems, and ensure that information and status are always updated.

We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and has a strong commitment to their assignments. You are motivated to offer service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop with us, but we would like you to already have:

  • A completed secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, electrical power, technology, economics, or another relevant field
  • Very good computer skills (Office package) and experience with process-driven work in case management systems
  • Relevant work experience in leadership or project management
  • Relevant work experience in the electrical or electrical power sector
  • Relevant experience from the contracting industry
  • Driver's license B, as travel is required in the position
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. English is an advantage
