With us, you will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team with a service manager, parts personnel, mechanics, customer receptionists/workshop managers, and salespeople. Together, you are responsible for daily operations and creating a top-class customer experience. About the Position

As a customer receptionist, you are the face of our company to our customers and an important link in the entire service experience. You welcome customers – both on-site, via phone, and email – and ensure they feel seen and well-informed throughout their workshop visit.

You plan the daily operations, coordinate work in the workshop, and assign tasks to our skilled mechanics who service and repair trucks, buses, trailers, and superstructures.

In short – you have a central role in ensuring that our customers have a smooth, professional, and positive experience every time they visit us.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in service professions, preferably with daily customer contact, and who is passionate about providing customers with an extraordinary experience. You recognize yourself in that:

• You always put the customer first and enjoy meeting people.
• You are curious about vehicles and technology, and quickly learn new systems.
• You appreciate order and organization – and have the ability to prioritize even when the pace is high.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
