Your Responsibilities

As a technical sales representative in Northern Sweden (Örnsköldsvik – Kiruna), you will work closely with colleagues and report to the regional manager. You will drive the entire sales process and be responsible for:

  • Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Participating in technical advice regarding the selection, installation, and maintenance of mechanical seals.
  • Managing quotes, negotiations, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities within your district.
  • Staying updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitors.

You will work from home and plan your time independently. The role involves some overnight stays each week, and you will use your car as your work tool.

Your Background/Attributes

You likely have a technical education or relevant experience in industry, machinery, or technology. However, we value your personal qualities the most. As a person, you are a team player with strong social skills. You look forward to customer contact and building long-term relationships with our clients.

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Interest in technology and curiosity about mechanical solutions.
  • Flexible with good communication and social skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Driving license B.
