What does it mean to work as a Sales Associate at Würth?

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for driving sales on the store's customer list. This is done through a combination of in-store sales and active telephone sales, as well as in some cases on-site with customers in the local area. You will play an important role in developing and strengthening customer relationships through regular contacts both in-store and via phone.

As a Sales Associate at Würth, you will:

  • Help our customers find the right products and solutions that make their everyday life easier.
  • Organize and arrange goods and stock to create a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Work with campaigns and local marketing to attract customers.
  • Keep track of orders and deliveries to ensure that shelves are always well-stocked.
  • Boden is Würth Sweden's only 24/7 open store, which means you need to feel comfortable working independently without a colleague on-site.

Employment Rate:

100%, temporary position for 1 year with the possibility of extension.

Boden

Working Hours:

07:00-16:00, lunch break 11:30-12:30

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in retail and customer service, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Experience in driving sales via phone and/or in-store B2B.
  • A sense of order and organization (we like when everything is in its place!).
  • A positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy meeting people.
  • Love to engage and serve customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Good computer skills and can navigate different systems.
  • Ability to work independently, as Boden is our only 24/7 open store.

Meritorious

  • Relevant industry and product knowledge.
  • Previous experience as an inside salesperson is an advantage.
