Memlist is in an exciting and expansive phase, and we are now seeking a full-stack developer who wants to help strengthen our development team.

About us

Memlist Membership System is a business system used by thousands of organizations. The system manages, among other things:

• Membership payments and notifications
• Newsletters, communication, and SMS
• Dynamic and customizable surveys
• Tools for government reporting (for example, the Swedish eHealth Agency, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, MUCF, and the Swedish Tax Agency)
• Custom reports, import and export tools
• Customer-specific customizations
• Membership card apps for iOS and Android

Your responsibilities

As a developer with us, you will:

• Work in an agile team and be an ambassador for effective and modern working methods
• Design, document, and implement development processes
• Take initiatives and contribute value-creating ideas
• Be responsive to our customers, engage in dialogue, and provide concrete solution proposals
• Write clear, well-structured, and functional code
• Configure environments in Linux
• Administer and develop databases in SQL
• Optimize source code and identify deficiencies or technical debt
• Develop frontend in Vue.js
• Develop backend in Node.js / TypeScript
• Contribute deep understanding of system development, microservices architecture, and modern tools
• Evaluate and suggest new tools with pros and cons analysis
• Work with CSS and efficiently reuse existing components
• Follow defined SDLC principles
• Be a constructive and positive team player who contributes to a good team spirit
• Feel comfortable in both new development and maintenance of existing code

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Node.js
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL
• At least 5 years of experience with agile methods
• Degree from a university or college (not vocational school) in system development or a related field

Meritorious

• Certification in Azure DevOps
• Certification in Linux security, administrator, or similar
• Development in React Native for iOS and Android
• Experience with ISO 27001 certification
• Experience with ISO 9001 certification
• Experience in security
• Accessibility adaptation
• Interest or involvement in non-profit activities and associations
