Our IT environment includes everything from world-leading image analysis and AI models for detecting forest damage to custom-built web-based systems, data warehouses, and standard solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Our IT support function needs temporary reinforcement during a peak workload in spring 2026.

The tasks we wish to reinforce are as follows:

• Replacement of PCs, including tasks such as unpacking, packing, F12+BIOS installation, etc.
• Shipping of PCs and other hardware to our various offices across the country.
• There may also be handling of simpler technical customer service tasks. We use the ticketing system Microsoft Service Manager.

Qualifications and Your Attributes

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in handling hardware
• Experience working in a ticketing system (for example, Service Manager)
• The ability to take responsibility, structure, and drive your work forward

You are meticulous, service-oriented, and good at communicating, collaborating, and meeting people.

The employment is temporary from early February to April 30, 2026.

All work will take place on-site at the Swedish Forest Agency's headquarters in Jönköping.
