Senior Technical Support Associate – a role with variety and development opportunities!

As a key person in our team, you will support our resellers and end customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your tasks will be both technical and administrative – you will assist customers with technical support, handle after-sales issues, and be responsible for tasks such as distribution of spare parts, complaint management, and on-site service at customer locations. Additionally, you will actively contribute improvement suggestions for product development and inventory.

The role involves close collaboration with the Order & Logistics department, which means you will also work with quote and order administration, monitoring of shipments, purchasing, and supplier invoices. You will be part of a European group where you collaborate with colleagues from several different countries.

We are looking for someone who has:

✅ Post-secondary education in logistics, business management, technology, or another relevant field

✅ A valid driver's license (B category)

✅ Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written

✅ Experience working with technical support

It is a plus if you have:

⭐ Documented experience in project management and/or process development

⭐ Experience negotiating with suppliers

⭐ Familiarity with the ticketing system JIRA
