About the position

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that Saab intends to offer you employment with them in the long run.

Responsibilities

As a system administrator, you will be responsible for the operation and management of Saab's systems within ILS/IPS. ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) and IPS (Integrated Product Support) are methods and systems to ensure that an IT system or product can be maintained and supported effectively throughout its lifecycle. ILS includes planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of logistical support processes.

You will be an important part of our team that ensures their systems are reliable, functional, and meet our internal requirements.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage and monitor systems within ILS/IPS

• Handle cases and incidents as well as client management

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and provide user support

• Perform system updates

• Optimize operation and cost-effectiveness of the systems

• Collaborate with suppliers and ensure the security and development of the systems

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in system administration and technical support

• Basic knowledge of networking and server administration

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Independent, proactive, and focused on high service and user experience

• Social and able to handle different types of people as there are many contact points within the role
