You will join a socially vital operation within the energy sector where AI, digital agents, and automation are to be translated into concrete benefits for employees and the business. Here, you will have a central role in developing and managing the use of AI support such as Copilot, agents, and other automations, while helping the organization work smarter, faster, and more data-driven.

The role combines technology, management, and change work. You work closely with both the business and colleagues in a dedicated team, contributing both specialist knowledge and the ability to make AI understandable and useful in everyday life. The setup is long-term with a clear ambition for future employment at the client site. • You develop, manage, and improve AI support such as Copilot, digital agents, and automations.
• You drive the use of AI in the business with a focus on more efficient working methods and concrete business benefits.
• You build, train, and optimize solutions within machine learning and predictive systems.
• You work with programming and data management in Python as part of development and maintenance.
• You train and support the business in how AI tools can be used in a practical and value-creating way.
• You collaborate closely with different parts of the organization to identify use cases, challenge existing working methods, and drive development forward.

• Documented experience working with AI-based tools such as Copilot, automations, and digital agents.
• Good knowledge of programming and data management in Python.
• Understanding of algebra and statistics, as well as the ability to apply this within machine learning.
• Experience in building, training, and optimizing machine learning models.
• Experience working with deep neural networks and predictive systems.
• Ability to use AI to streamline processes and create concrete business benefits.
• Understanding of AI's ethical and societal impact, as well as the ability to translate this into practical work.
• Work experience from the energy sector, public sector, or larger companies.

• Post-secondary education in AI, machine learning, computer science, or similar.
• Education or experience in communication science.
• Experience with data analysis, data pipelines, or data platforms in cloud environments.
• Experience in introducing or managing AI solutions in larger organizations.
• Ability to train and support the business in the use of AI tools.
• Experience working with information security, data protection, and governance related to AI.
