About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will work on developing embedded software for advanced engine control systems for larger ride-on products. The focus is on brushless motors (BLDC), control systems, and displays.

You will become part of a team developing a new platform for electrified products. The work spans from the early development phase to the finished product, meaning you are involved all the way – from idea to production.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Develop and program embedded systems in C
• Work with engine controllers, control systems, and displays
• Participate in the design of architecture for new systems
• Test and verify functionality both in the lab and on finished products
• Troubleshoot, measure, and optimize the software in practical environments

The work is both practical and analytical – you will not only sit at the computer but also go out to test the products, both indoors and in the field. There are travel opportunities within Sweden and abroad.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong interest in technology and enjoy working close to the product. You are curious, structured, and have an analytical mindset.

We see that you have:

• A few years of experience in embedded development
• Very good knowledge of programming in C
• A strong interest in embedded systems
• Fluent English in speech and writing
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have:

• A university degree in a relevant field
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

Hobby programming projects are considered highly meritorious.
