You will step into a strategic key role where you will shape the next generation of platform for analysis and decision support. The environment is technically advanced, and the business operates within training and simulation, with high demands for security, performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

The platform is being modernized to function both in secure cloud environments and on-premises. This means you will work with complex architectural issues where hybrid solutions, data-intensive flows, and future AI support are central components. You will have clear architectural ownership and become a key voice in how the platform should be developed long-term.

This is a role for you who want to combine strategic architecture work with close technical leadership and influence choices that have real significance over time.

• You lead and own the platform's architecture from the holistic view to concrete technical decisions.
• You define target architecture and drive the technical strategy forward.
• You design a secure, robust, and scalable hybrid architecture that works both in the cloud and on-premises.
• You guide development teams as a technical leader and mentor in architecture and design matters.
• You ensure that the solution meets high requirements for security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• You drive technology choices through architectural analyses, evaluations, and Proof of Concepts.
• You collaborate closely with product, marketing, and technology functions in cross-functional teams.
• You contribute to strategic decisions within AI, data management, and platform development.
• You strengthen the organization's technical capability through knowledge sharing and competence development.

• At least 10 years of experience in software architecture and advanced system development.
• Documented experience leading architecture work in complex system environments.
• Very good ability to make, communicate, and anchor technical decisions.
• Extensive experience with data-intensive and distributed systems.
• Experience with hybrid architecture where cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP are combined with on-premises environments.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and modern DevOps principles.
• Experience designing solutions with AI/ML components and data-driven architectures.
• Ability to translate business needs into sustainable, scalable, and future-proof technical solutions.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.
• Very good communication skills at both technical and business levels.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with systems for military training, simulation, or C2 systems.
• Experience with real-time systems and interoperability.
• Experience from security-critical environments such as defense, government agencies, or finance.
• Advanced competence in distributed systems, integration architecture, and network protocols.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Certifications in information or cyber security.
• Experience with regulatory requirements within cyber security and data protection.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Jira, and Confluence.
• Practical experience with AI in software development and architecture work.
• Experience with agent-based development or advanced AI solutions.
