You will step into a key role in a strategic program where an advanced software platform is being developed for future needs within military training, advanced analytics, and decision support. The environment is technically complex and places high demands on security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

The platform is being modernized to support both on-premises environments and secure cloud solutions. Large data volumes, real-time streams, and AI-driven functions are handled here, meaning you need to be able to switch between strategic steering and close collaboration with technical teams. This is a role for you who wants to influence both direction and delivery in a technically advanced and socially critical environment.

• You lead a complex and long-term development project with several parallel delivery tracks.
• You drive delivery against the target vision, roadmap, budget, and plan together with architects, development teams, and the business.
• You establish and further develop steering models, governance, and decision forums that create clarity and progress.
• You coordinate cross-functional teams within development, architecture, AI/ML, and business.
• You manage risks, dependencies, and changes in an environment with high technical complexity.
• You develop working methods based on agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• You monitor status, risks, and progress and communicate clearly with the steering group and management.
• You contribute to building a modern, data-driven, and AI-oriented delivery organization.
• You ensure that the work follows regulatory and security-related requirements.

• At least 10–15 years of experience in project management within software or system development.
• Documented experience in leading large and complex IT, product, or program deliveries.
• Experience from AI/ML-driven development environments or data-heavy solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of agile working methods and scaled frameworks such as SAFe.
• Experience with hybrid environments involving both cloud and on-premises solutions.
• Ability to combine strategic steering with operational delivery.
• Experience with budget responsibility, monitoring, and resource planning.
• Very good ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Documented ability to create trust, engagement, and progress in larger organizations.

• Certification as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or similar certification.
• Certification in agile project management.
• Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, and advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern development processes.
• Experience from security-critical operations such as defense, government, or finance.
• Experience with real-time systems, simulation, or distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance-related requirements.
