Our client is a global defense and security company operating in air, land, and maritime defense, civil security, and commercial aerospace technology. Technically, they are leaders in many areas, and one-fifth of their revenue goes to research and development. You will work in an international collaboration project alongside several leading European players in the field. The project aims to create the future's modular, secure, and scalable avionics architecture. As part of the project, you will:

• Gather and structure technical information within the company and from partners
• Interpret and analyze requirements, identify gaps, and formulate your own counter-requirements
• Deliver documentation summarizing system requirements, chosen solutions, and technical choices
• Build networks within the organization to identify the right skills and expert support
• Work closely with research in an environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and continuous learning

• Have a technical degree, preferably in aerospace, space, or systems engineering
• Have experience in documentation and requirements work, or a strong interest in learning this
• Have a good ability to create contacts and collaborate with people in different professions.
• Have a good technical understanding and a technical interest
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work.

Furthermore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability in the recruitment process. To fit this role, you need to be curious, analytical, and enjoy working independently. You also need to enjoy networking and have contact with many different types of people. You thrive on working with critical thinking and have no problem setting requirements.

This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security protection. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
