You will be involved early in the development of a new product family for advanced data analysis, where AI algorithms and generative AI are used to create insights and decision support in complex environments. The solution should be able to run both on-premises and in secure cloud environments, which places high demands on quality assurance, traceability, and compliance. In the role of test leader, you will have a clear mandate to drive and shape the testing work to ensure a stable and user-friendly product.

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts with a focus on high product quality
• Develop, enhance, and maintain test plans and test cases
• Actively participate in test phases and conduct tests operationally for validation and verification against requirements
• Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and address issues early in the development process
• Ensure ongoing reporting of test status, test progress, and test reports
• Work with testing in an agile context

• Extensive experience as a test leader in product development projects, from needs analysis to delivered product
• Experience working with agile methods
• Experience in technical testing and quality assurance, including manual and automated testing
• Ability to develop tests for validation of LLMs
• Good ability to collaborate with development teams to understand technical challenges

• Experience working in agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar
• Previous work with security-classified systems or in domains such as defense, government, or banking
• Experience in test automation to streamline and improve the testing process
