We are looking for a senior Java developer with a full-stack profile for a development project within a development and digitization department in the public sector. You will be part of a comprehensive development environment with several parallel initiatives, where the focus is on system support related to land monitoring and management of agricultural-related information. The solutions are based, among other things, on satellite data and GIS functionality to track changes in the landscape and support operational processes.

The assignment is conducted in a modern development context with agile methodologies and close collaboration between development and operations.

• Develop and further develop full-stack solutions with Java in the backend and JavaScript/Angular in the frontend.
• Build and maintain services on the JEE platform and work with application servers.
• Design and implement data warehouses and persistence layers using JPA/Hibernate and PostgreSQL.
• Work with domain-driven design (DDD) to create clear and sustainable domain models.
• Develop features related to GIS and map-based systems.
• Work agile according to Scrum with the team, including planning, refinement, and delivery.
• Version control and collaborate in the codebase using Git.
