About the job

The architectural work is a central area where you will have the opportunity to contribute to development. You will help create the conditions for the digital transformation that the authority is currently undergoing, and you will be an important part of the authority's development activities.

You will be part of the authority's overall EA team, where you, together with other architects, are responsible for developing and managing authority-wide architectural artifacts, such as target architectures, business capabilities, and information structures, as well as developing and managing architectural principles, reference architecture, and methods and models for architecture.

The work also involves planning and coordinating architectural work, supporting the business in change processes, leading workshops, and developing architectural concepts. Of course, this is done with the aim of ensuring that the authority's overall vision, goals, and strategy are followed and aligned with the authority's IT strategy.

You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You will belong to the section for architecture governance at the development governance unit in the Financial Management Department and will be located in Jönköping. The section is also responsible for information governance, which means that tasks in this area may occur.

In this job, you should:

• have good communication skills in Swedish and English, meaning you express yourself in a simple, clear, and pedagogical way in both speech and writing

You should also have:

• a university degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in a relevant field for the position or several years of current work experience in qualified work that the employer assesses as relevant for the position
• several years of current and relevant experience in business and/or information architecture to analyze and document the need for business transformations based on goals and vision
• several years of current and relevant experience working in development activities in a large organization
• current experience in leading modeling workshops
• certification in and current work experience in change management and/or project management.

It is desirable if you have current and relevant work experience from the Swedish Tax Agency. It is also desirable that you have experience documenting architecture in EA tools and that you have worked agile.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
