You will play a crucial role as a support technician in a global organization where IT systems are essential for daily operations worldwide. A central position in the management, support, and further development of a business-critical system that supports, among other things, material and logistics flows. The role combines technical problem-solving, database management, and close collaboration with both business and development. You will work concurrently with an established system that is still widely used as well as with a new version that is being gradually implemented. This means variation in tasks and good opportunities for both technical and responsibility development. In the long run, there is the possibility of taking on a more coordinating or leading role within the support and management function.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact for the business regarding system-related questions and incidents

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in databases related to business-critical flows

• Working with SQL for analysis, correction, and follow-up of data

• Managing cases where processes or flows are not functioning as they should

• Creating, prioritizing, and escalating cases to IT and development as needed

• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with users regarding status and solutions

In your work with the existing system, the focus is on database analysis, troubleshooting, and understanding how data affects operational flows. In the newer system, you will be involved in implementation, adjustments, user training, and act as a superuser and support for the business. You will also serve as an important bridge between users and developers by translating needs and problems into clear, prioritized development tasks, and you may be involved in some bug fixing.

Travel abroad may occur in this position.

• University degree in Data/IT/infrastructure or equivalent

• Several years of experience with SQL

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Driver's license B

It is an advantage if you also have experience with .NET programming, preferably in .NET Visual Basic, an understanding of BizTalk, and experience working with infrastructure in IT environments within networks.

You have the ability to explain technical issues clearly and pedagogically and thrive in collaborations with both technical and business-oriented roles.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
