We are now looking for a system administrator to join our team at the Social Services Administration. The unit currently consists of five administrators, two system administrators, a fee processor, and a unit manager leading the unit. A team with engaged colleagues who together care for a good work environment based on knowledge, cooperation, and community.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to combine IT skills with practical work that makes a difference in people's everyday lives?

As a system administrator at the Social Services Administration, you will be an important part of our team that works to manage and configure our operational system. The role also includes the installation of digital locks and security alarms within home care. This is an exciting and versatile role where you combine IT skills with practical work out in the field with users.

System Administration Tasks:

As a system administrator, you will work with system management, configuration, and adaptation of existing and new processes in the operational system Combine.

You will handle archiving and logging according to applicable regulations and produce statistics and reports to support the operations.

The role also includes developing e-services to increase accessibility, managing permissions and access, providing user support, and having daily contact with employees within the Social Services Administration.

In addition, you will be the system administrator for the Digital Fox deviation management system, Combine Plan, and Phoniro.

Tasks for Digital Locks and Security Alarms:

The position also includes practical work with welfare technology.

You will install, uninstall, and maintain digital locks and security alarms in users' homes as well as additional technology such as digital supervision cameras.

You will ensure functionality and provide support to staff within special housing and home care.

The tasks also include documentation of installations and routines for quality assurance as well as administration of key systems and operational phones.

Our ambition is to facilitate and improve accessibility for our citizens and our staff. The work involves solving urgent problems as well as improving long-term processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience that the employer deems suitable for the position.
  • Very good IT skills with a good understanding of how different systems are structured and function, as well as the ability to troubleshoot systems.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent social skills and a sense of service.
  • A valid driver's license (B) is required.

As a person, we see that you are engaged, responsible, and professional in your work. You have a strong interest in working with people, systems, and IT, and you are also practically oriented with the ability to see the whole in these parts.

To succeed in the role, you need to be used to collaborating both internally and externally, and enjoy working in a team. You have a good demeanor towards those you meet, a pronounced solution and service mindset, and are pedagogical and clear in communication.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in similar work.
  • Experience with the following systems: Combine and Phoniro.
  • Experience in the installation of security alarms and digital locks.
