System Designer Wanted at Corroventa

VEM is looking for a system designer on behalf of Corroventa who wants to help shape the next generation of energy-efficient dehumidification solutions and smart control systems aimed at both industrial and commercial customers.

About the Position

As a system designer at Corroventa, you will have overall responsibility for developing robust and increasingly modular system solutions for our leading dehumidification and monitoring products. The role is broad and exciting, involving mechanics, electronics, control systems, and moisture technology. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear, prioritized system requirements is crucial.

You will be a key person in implementing structured methods, processes, and working practices – contributing to increasing the pace of Corroventa's development cycles. Since they lack both a product manager and a dedicated project manager, you are expected to independently drive projects and technical issues forward. This is a central role in a critical phase leading up to the launch of Corroventa's new product platform.

About You

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree and several years of experience in formulating and realizing system requirements. If you also have experience in driving projects and working closely with customers, that is a big plus. You have a knack for creating an overview of complex systems and enjoy working broadly across several technical areas.

As a person, you are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented – and you enjoy establishing working methods and creating order in complex environments. When the direction is sometimes unclear, you are eager to take the initiative and lead technical discussions forward. You are receptive, unpretentious, and collaborate effectively with development, testing, service, and production.
