Nurse Wanted in Fagersta - Unique Combination Position

The healthcare system in Fagersta is in an exciting development phase, and we are now looking for an engaged and development-oriented nurse for a unique combination position. About the Position

As a nurse in this position, you will rotate between various workplaces within Fagersta municipality's healthcare and Västmanlands Hospital Fagersta. This gives you a unique opportunity to broaden your skills and develop through varied and challenging tasks.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating, leading, and being responsible for healthcare interventions.
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with teams both internally and externally to meet individual needs.
• Supervising and delegating nursing staff and providing advice and support to other professionals in the team.

The workplaces you will rotate between are:

• Fagersta municipality's healthcare: Work with patients in special housing, short-term units, home care, as well as within LSS and psychiatry.
• Primary Care Team Fagersta and advanced home care: Work with patients who are too ill for primary care but too healthy for hospital care, providing them with individualized care at home.
• Fagersta Hospital Ward 1: Work with medically stable patients undergoing aftercare, rehabilitation, or waiting for municipal interventions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in municipal healthcare and/or ward work as well as advanced home care. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and experience working with the Cosmic journal system is an advantage. A B driver's license is required.
