Your Responsibilities

Through regular visits, you build a close and trusting relationship with each customer. You assist with personal care and support at home while encouraging an active and independent lifestyle. We always work with the customer's own abilities in focus and support them in what they can no longer manage on their own.

As a primary care contact, you are responsible for a number of customers with whom you jointly establish implementation plans, and you follow up on the services to ensure they are carried out in the best possible way. Collaboration is a central part of the role, and you serve as an important link between the customer, relatives, and other professionals to create cohesive and safe care.

In the workgroup, you help to take responsibility for emergency alarms. Our customer area extends over Skultuna and adjacent countryside, which means you need to have a B driver's license and be comfortable cycling as well as driving a car regardless of the weather.

Your Competence

You are a trained nursing assistant and have a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our elderly. We view it positively if you have experience from home care or working with individuals living with mental health issues or dementia. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. The workday may involve many transfers and some heavy lifting, which requires you to have good physical condition and mobility. You thrive in an independent work environment and can easily adapt when circumstances change. You contribute warmth, attentiveness, and care in your interactions with our customers.
