We are looking for an administrator for a temporary position during a parental leave. The position comprises 55%, but there is an opportunity to combine the role with a career and study counselor (25%) for a total working percentage of 80%.

We want you to be independent and value collaboration with colleagues. Previous experience in administrative work, good communication skills, structured, meticulous, and service-oriented, as well as previous work as a career and study counselor, are merits and criteria for selection.

Workplace Description

The Language School is an independent preschool and primary school located in Olofsdal, Umeå, and operates as an economic association.

The primary school has about 220 students and the preschool has approximately 120 children. About 70 employees work here, and our focus is on language and communication, as well as providing children with a high-quality education in a creative environment.

Job Responsibilities

The position includes managing the primary school's student queue, administering students' bus cards, purchasing responsibilities, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in administrative work.

Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite and SchoolSoft.

Structured, meticulous, and service-oriented.
