Role summary

Do you want to set the direction of future IAM frameworks together with our technical leads and delivery teams? Do you have a good strategic mindset and have a proven track record where you have led large enterprises with strategic architecture?

We are looking to recruit an enterprise-level lead architect within the area of IAM.

Your mission will be to set the direction of future IAM frameworks together with our technical leads and delivery teams.

We are currently leveraging the capabilities of several tools and principles, and we have technical expertise on how to further develop these products. To put it bluntly, we need help developing a clear strategy for our area, we do not need a technical expert in this role. Since you will be highly involved in our future deliveries you would need to have experience of working agile.

Job responsibilities

· Define and own the reference IAM capability framework and design patterns aligned with Zero Trust principles

· Position identity as the policy decision and enforcement foundation for Zero Trust

· Translate standards e.g. ISO/IEC 27K and NIST SP 800-series into clear architectural guardrails and technical guidance

· Ensure IAM capabilities support auditability, compliance, and risk reduction without hindering business agility

· Drive alignment through: Architecture forums, Design reviews, Communities of practice

· Facilitate and inspire a virtual, distributed community of IAM tech leads

· Promote reuse, standardization, and continuous improvement

  • Work closely with:

o Security Architecture and Enterprise Architecture

o Cloud, Infrastructure, and Platform teams

o Application and product teams

  • Risk, Compliance, and Audit

Who You Are

You as a person is a leader, you have a good strategic mindset and have a proven track record where you have led large enterprises with strategic architecture. As such you are familiar with one or several of the different Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA or Zachman. Even more importantly, you are a leading star within the framework of IAM Reference Architecture, and we could give you a detailed list of all the cool tools that we use to enable IAM, but we would rather discuss the area of IAM, because you are a tool agnostic individual.
