We are therefore looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager who can build, lead, and develop our partnerships in various key areas, such as:

• Cloud
• Software Factory
• Virtual Engineering Workbench / Software defined

Your Role

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will work with various key individuals to:

Develop and Manage Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, establish, and develop business-critical partnerships with suppliers, hyperscalers, technology partners, and platform players.
• Lead joint roadmap discussions to maximize value, innovation, and collaboration.

Set the Direction for Our Partnership Landscape

• Create strategies for how partnerships support the organization’s goals in cloud, software factory, and digital engineering.
• Ensure that partner strategies align with architecture, budget, security, and operational needs.

Drive Joint Initiatives and Value-Creating Activities

• Initiate and lead proof-of-concepts, co-creation workshops, and innovation tracks together with our partners.
• Support internal teams in leveraging the full potential of partnerships, from technology choices to training and support.

Follow Up and Optimize the Value of Partnerships

• Manage contract negotiations, investment models, partner levels.
• Measure and report outcomes, risks, opportunities, and value realization.

Your Profile

You thrive in a role where strategy meets technology and where relationship-building is as important as business understanding.

We believe you have:

• Experience working with partnerships, ecosystem development, or strategic supplier relationships.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle) and modern software delivery models.
• Insight into DevSecOps, CI/CD, container platforms, or software factory concepts.
• Understanding of model-based engineering (MBSE), digital twins, or systems engineering tools.
• The ability to engage in dialogue at both C-level and with technical experts.
• A strong communicative, analytical, and strategic mindset.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in enterprise environments or industrial/technology companies.
• Certifications in cloud, procurement, project management, or architecture.
• Experience driving partnerships with hyperscalers.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
