Enerim is growing in the Swedish market and is now looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for the implementation of our digital services at electricity trading companies, network companies, and other actors in the energy sector. Your role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the key person ensuring that our projects are delivered with high quality and on time. You will lead the project team, plan and manage the execution of projects, and work closely with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the project timelines, resources, and budget
• Lead the project team towards set goals
• Build strong relationships and actively communicate with customers and internal parties
• Proactively manage risks and changes
• Ensure clear documentation and reporting

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in driving extensive ICT projects focusing on business-critical enterprise solutions
• Certification in project management (IPMA-C, PMP, Prince, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A solution-oriented and proactive approach
• Relevant higher education (e.g., computer science, industrial engineering)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Willingness to travel
