  • Participate operationally in the execution of tests
  • Follow up and report progress, test results, and quality

  • Drive continuous improvements in testing methodology, test strategy, and testing processes
  • Collaborate with the business on quality and acceptance testing
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary education in IT, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of documented experience in the role of test lead
  • Experience with automated testing and related tools
  • Experience with change projects in large-scale and complex technical environments
  • At least 4 years of documented experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as CI/CD, DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Desirable
  • Experience working in security-classified operations
  • Certification in ISTQB or equivalent
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, Zephyr, and Cypress
  • Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, and version control of test data
  • Experience working within government, particularly in the legal system
Application

Our positions may be filled before the application deadline, as we process applications continuously. We therefore recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
