We are looking for an experienced test leader with strong requirements management skills for a larger integration program within banking. The focus is on a comprehensive migration of savings and customer data in connection with the introduction of a new savings platform. The assignment is characterized by complex technical, regulatory, and business dependencies and requires a structured approach, clear communication, and a good ability to coordinate multiple teams and suppliers.

The role represents the business in testing and quality assurance work and ensures that migration logic, data quality, and customer impact are correctly managed from the early phase to implementation.

• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, internal suppliers, and external partners.
• Report test status, risks, dependencies, and blockers to program management and governance.
• Facilitate collaboration between business specialists, migration teams, development, and architecture.
• Translate business needs and goals into functional and non-functional requirements related to customer data, product logic, account structures, transactions, history, and regulations.
• Develop and anchor acceptance criteria and support backlog prioritization in dialogue with product owners, development, and architecture.
• Plan, structure, and lead testing work related to the migration.
• Define test strategy and test plans for functional testing, non-functional testing, performance, regression, and migration validation.
• Ensure quality in migrated data through testing of mapping rules, data consistency, deviations, and validations.
• Lead test design, coordinate test cases, and ensure traceability from requirements to tests and results.
• Plan and drive UAT together with the business.
• Ensure that test environments, test data, and tools are available and fit for purpose.
• Quality assure deliverables from suppliers, such as mapping documents, validation rules, and migration plans.
• Identify deficiencies in processes, requirements, or solutions and drive improvements.

• Extensive experience in business-related requirements management and test leadership, preferably within banking, insurance, or pensions.
• Documented experience of system migrations or platform changes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in testing, requirements, and quality in complex transformation initiatives.
• Ability to formulate complete, testable requirements and ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and results.
• Good knowledge of testing methodology and testing processes, including non-functional testing and performance.
• Very good understanding of data models, migration logic, as well as customer and product data.
• Experience with issue management tools, testing frameworks, and test data management.

• Experience from multi-year integration programs.
• Experience in change management and prioritization work in larger organizations.
