We are looking for a senior solution architect with specialist competence in medical imaging for a comprehensive initiative within Swedish healthcare. The assignment is linked to the development of a regional RIS/PACS and requires strong architectural support in a complex operational environment with high demands on information security, regulatory compliance, and collaboration among many stakeholders.

You will contribute strategic and practical architectural expertise in a multi-phase project where solution choices, integrations, and regulations regarding patient data are central parts.

• Develop and anchor the solution architecture for a regional RIS/PACS in medical imaging.
• Support the project's various phases with architectural analysis, decision-making, and quality assurance of solution design.
• Ensure that the architecture complies with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements related to patient data management.
• Contribute in collaboration with business and IT regarding needs assessment, target architecture, and technical considerations.
• Guide on integrations and information flows related to medical imaging.

• At least 12 years of documented experience in the role of solution architect.
• Documented experience of working within complex public sector environments, specifically in healthcare.
• At least 5 years of documented experience in IT architecture within medical imaging.
• Documented experience and knowledge of laws and regulations for patient data management.

• At least 5 years of documented experience working with DICOM flows.
• Documented experience of having implemented at least two new technical solutions in a complicated healthcare environment.
