ABOUT THE POSITION

LTC Services is an IT company that takes full responsibility for its customers' IT functions, infrastructure, and security. This includes support, operations, and preventive work for both mission-critical systems and applications, networks, and data communication, as well as digital protection against intrusions and viruses. The role involves working with customers' IT environments - remotely and on-site. Therefore, we require a person who thrives in a role where technical expertise, service, and collaboration are at the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work together with other technicians and be responsible for solving technical problems and optimizing IT solutions for various customers. Often on-site with customers, but also remotely. The tasks vary from troubleshooting and support to participating in projects and providing advice.

You will have a varied everyday life where you sometimes work with colleagues on projects and sometimes independently in operations, troubleshooting, and support. Your tasks will include:

Assisting LTC's customers with support cases, including troubleshooting and resolution
Configuration, installation, and operation of network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
Participating in projects aimed at improving IT environment/security
Advising customers
Supporting colleagues in troubleshooting

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has several years of experience working with technical support in a consultative role advising multiple companies and IT environments simultaneously
Has several years of experience and good knowledge of networks (preferably FortiGate or Clavister on firewalls)
Holds a B driver's license
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience configuring Microsoft 365 as a global admin (security settings, conditional access, Exchange)
