We are looking for a senior accessibility specialist who provides ongoing support in accessibility adaptation for digital services in a critical government agency environment. You will be a key person in ensuring high accessibility through requirements analysis, requirement formulation, and quality work closely with both UX and development. The role also includes knowledge transfer to the organization's employees and documentation of completed work.

• Analyze and review accessibility requirements according to WCAG 2.1 level AA (and higher levels when they are launched).
• Review pedagogical requirements related to accessibility beyond WCAG 2.1 level AA.
• Formulate accessibility requirements that can be used in the development of forms.
• Plan and conduct usability tests with expert users who use assistive technologies and participants with disabilities.
• Collaborate closely with UX and development teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to internal employees.
• Document ongoing activities and results.

• At least 8 years of documented experience working as an accessibility expert (acquired within the last 10 years).
• Approved WAS certification from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Previous experience from the Police Authority.
