Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven program manager who wants to take full responsibility for coordinating large and complex development projects of world-leading EW systems. You will be part of a fun and dynamic team with an informal and open culture. With us, you will have a central role in leading, planning, and following up on a program consisting of several interrelated projects with high complexity. You are driven by business results, structure, and getting people to work towards the same goals. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, product management, steering groups, and internal and external stakeholders. Together with product management, you will set the plan for roadmap-driven development. You will work both strategically and operationally - ensuring effective execution of the program while supporting the projects to create the conditions for success. The role also involves travel, sometimes at short notice, nationally and internationally, to our customers and within the company.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced, communicative, and business-oriented program manager or senior project manager with an interest in technology, business development, and leadership. You are used to taking responsibility for coordinating complex projects and have the ability to see the big picture, think strategically, and act quickly when needed. You have leadership experience and feel comfortable inspiring and engaging others, combined with self-awareness and an interest in personal development.

You have a knack for creating structure, building trust, and driving work forward. You are attentive and present in the organization, see what is needed, and take initiative to remove obstacles and create the best possible conditions for the program to succeed.

We would like you to have:

• An academic degree
• Documented experience in multi-project management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with agile development methods
• Experience with one or more established project methodologies
• Certification in program or project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA, or equivalent)
• Experience in change management
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
