Job Description:
We are now looking for our next colleague in Sales and Marketing for Transformers — one of the most sought-after components in the power grid today!
As a Sales and Tender Specialist within the Transformers business area, you will be a key person in sales and tender inquiries to our Swedish customers. You will drive the entire tender and sales process, working closely with our internal factories and external customers, both in Sweden and globally. A dynamic role where operational work goes hand in hand with improvement projects and strategic issues.

How you will make an impact
- Be responsible for sales and quotation work within our Transformers business unit in the Swedish market.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Lead commercial contract negotiations in close collaboration with our salespeople.
- Develop competitive proposals and support our customers with appropriate technical solutions.
- Work on improvement projects and other strategic initiatives within the business area.
- You will work in an international context with factories globally.
Your background
- We highly value your personal qualities, where we see that you are self-driven and willing to make decisions and take initiatives to drive and develop processes.
- You have strong communication skills and thrive in collaborating in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- You have previous experience in tender work, technical sales, project work, or similar.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Open to travel within Sweden, approximately once a month.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
