Join us in leading exciting and significant projects at Swedavia's airports! We are looking for a project manager who wants to take responsibility for developing and driving construction and civil engineering projects that shape the future airport environment.What does the role entail?As a project manager at Swedavia, you are responsible for the entire project process, from planning to finished product, with a focus on time, budget, quality, work environment, and sustainability. The work includes scheduling, procurement, financial follow-up, and reporting. You lead meetings, participate in quality and environmental work, and ensure that the project meets its goals, budget, and timelines.

Your role varies between lead project manager and sub-project manager, reporting to the project's sponsor and responsible project manager. Since your placement is at Umeå Airport, travel is required.

Who are you?We are looking for someone who has:

• · Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

• · Several years of experience in the construction and/or civil engineering industry, with project management experience.

• · Experience in renovation projects and coordination with ongoing operations and/or other contractors.

• · Negotiation skills and experience with financial regulations in contracts.

• · Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and budget responsibility.

• · Some experience with project management methods and tools (e.g., XLPM, IFS, Antura or similar).

• · Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Working in environments with installation-intensive projects.

• Contract law and procurement according to LOU or LUF.
