In 2026, the Swedish Transport Administration plans to start several major contracts for the Norrbotniabanan railway between Umeå and Skellefteå. We therefore need to strengthen our team with experienced project managers who, together with our other skilled employees, will drive the construction of the Norrbotniabanan. Project Manager Production Norrbotniabanan

As a project manager, you are responsible for the planning and execution of our contracts. Collaboration with internal specialists and communication with the public, municipalities, and other stakeholders is also an important part of the job. The role means that you are responsible for the progress of the subproject and that you lead and distribute the work within the project. You monitor time, cost, and quality aspects and ensure that the project progresses according to set goals. You manage and lead contract work together with your team of construction managers, design managers, and project engineers. An important part is to create a productive work environment within your project. In this role, you are a significant key person in our organization.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university/college education of at least 180 credits (120 points) or other education that we assess as equivalent based on experience
• has several years of relevant work experience in project management with a focus on infrastructure projects, where you have been responsible for planning and monitoring regarding time, cost, content, economy, resource use, quality, safety, environment, as well as contract and result management
• has current knowledge and experience in contract law in one or more of the areas AB/ABT/ABK and AMA
• has experience working with environmental issues in projects
• has experience working with occupational health and safety issues in projects
• has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• has a valid driver's license for passenger cars

It is advantageous if you

• have experience managing projects with large volumes over 100 million
• have experience working with railways
• have experience in a leading role as a client
• have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
