Job Description

Do you want to lead some of Sweden's most complex and socially important projects? In the northern region, we are looking for project managers who want to drive projects within hospitals, defense, high-security facilities, and infrastructure – environments where precision, safety, and innovation are crucial.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects with high demands on quality and safety. At AFRY, we work with digital platforms and explore AI-supported design to take project management to the next level. You will lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.

Qualifications

You are an experienced project manager who enjoys taking responsibility and driving development.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least 10 years of experience in project management within construction or installation projects
• Knowledge of security-classified environments and complex projects
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive innovation
• Experience with digital tools and AI support in design

Preferred:

• Certification in PMP/IPMA or similar

Experience in projects related to community building, hospitals, defense, or critical infrastructure
