About the Assignment

The Stora Projekt area is responsible for the planning, procurement, and implementation of Sweden's most extensive and complex infrastructure projects. Trafikverket is now seeking an experienced consultant who wants to contribute to the implementation.

Stora Projekt includes some of Trafikverket's largest ongoing and upcoming investments in railway and transport infrastructure, including the introduction of the national train traffic management system ERTMS and the expansion of new and existing railway facilities such as the Norrbotniabanan, Förbifart Stockholm, Ostlänken, and Västlänken.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and following up on logging-related work within Norrbotniabanan in close collaboration with the project management. You will work as a resource reinforcement in Trafikverket's project organization and have overall responsibility for planning, procurement, finances, risk, and working environment related to logging contracts.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Leading and coordinating logging work regarding time, cost, and content
• Developing logging planning and ensuring permits and approvals
• Being responsible for and participating in the procurement of contracts and construction managers
• Representing Trafikverket in contacts with contractors and external stakeholders
• Managing finances, invoice controls, and risks within the contracts
• Ensuring working environment requirements during the construction phase
• Coordinating the sale of logged forest and planning reforestation
• Participating in meetings and contributing to good cooperation with landowners and the public

Mandatory Requirements

All requirements must be clearly stated in the CV, including periods, assignments, scope, and responsibilities.

1. At least 5 years of experience as an assignment leader, design leader, project manager, and/or site manager for assignments that have included the design phase within track, electrical, signaling, and telecommunications. The experience must not be older than 10 years from the bid date. Please note that experience from trams and/or subways is not accepted.
2. At least 5 years of experience as an assignment leader, design leader, project manager, site manager, work leader, and/or contract engineer for assignments that have included the contract phase within at least one of the techniques track, electrical, signaling, and telecommunications. Please note that experience from trams and/or subways is not accepted.
3. Documented education in General Terms (ABK09 or AB04 or ABT06).
4. Driving license B.

Assignment Information

The assignment is to start no later than April 1, 2026, and lasts for 24 months from the contract's entry into force. Trafikverket then has the option to unilaterally extend the contract by up to three (3) additional options of 12 months each, under unchanged contract terms.

Scope: The estimated workload for the assignment is 100 percent of the annual working time, amounting to 1,700 hours.

The stationing location for the resource consultant is Umeå. This assignment requires physical presence at Trafikverket's office 5 days a week.
