Project Engineer Lindinvent is now looking for a project engineer who wants to develop within technical project implementation, building automation, and operational optimization. The Role As a project engineer at Lindinvent, you will be an important part of our project teams where you, together with experienced project managers, contribute to designing, configuring, and following up on technical solutions within demand-controlled ventilation and building automation. You will participate in the daily project work where you, together with the project manager, contribute to everything from design and technical solutions to documentation and coordination that drives the projects forward.

The role also includes recurring practical work on-site, where you actively work with commissioning, balancing, and optimizing our systems. Through close customer contact and close collaboration with consultants and contractors, you will build an understanding of customer needs and how our solutions can contribute to energy-efficient, reliable, and future-proof properties.

The work involves travel throughout the region, and overnight stays occur regularly in connection with project implementation and work on-site with customers.

Responsibilities You will work closely with Lindinvent's project managers, where your role initially includes working together with the responsible project manager for the project to carry out the following:

• designing electrical and control systems in CAD.
• configuring web servers.
• writing protocols on settings and other operational and maintenance information.
• producing project-specific documentation.
• commissioning, balancing, and optimizing at customer facilities.
• assisting with design questions from consultants and contractors.
• working with upselling in projects when opportunities arise.
• representing Lindinvent in a professional manner.

The responsibilities include commissioning, balancing, and optimizing at customer facilities. An important part of the work is also to maintain good contacts internally as well as with customers.

Work Experience You who are applying may either come directly from a post-secondary education or have some years of work experience.

The requirements we place on you when applying for the position are as follows:

• Swedish in speech and writing, high grammatical level.
• Basic knowledge of the Office suite.
• Driving license B.

The following experiences are not necessary for employment but are considered meritorious:

• Experience as a consultant in the areas of Ventilation, HVAC, construction, electrical, building management, automation.
• Experience from control and regulation.
• Experience of how things work on construction sites.
• Experience in handling discussions and negotiations with consultants and contractors.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Other relevant experiences related to the tasks.

Education For employment, a post-secondary education with a technical focus is required, for example:

• Master's degree in engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Vocational education in engineering with a focus on HVAC, Energy, Automation, Electrical.
• or equivalent education.

Personal Qualities You who are applying should have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy working in a team as well as being easy to contact. You should also thrive in a consultative role. It is important that you can work in a structured manner and are meticulous and orderly in your work. You are also a proactive person who likes to take initiatives and has a good ability to keep many projects running simultaneously. You do not take risks and keep what is promised, and meeting deadlines is important to you.
