About your future manager:

Your role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will support the Site Manager and be responsible for planning, leading, and allocating work in daily production. You will work both operationally and administratively, handling quality assurance, work environment, customer contacts, financial follow-up, planning of personnel and machinery, invoicing, and participation in budget and forecasting work.
You will have ongoing contact with customers and clients, prepare quotes, and submit proposals, making this a role suited for someone who enjoys a business-focused position and relationship-building dialogues. The role involves significant freedom under responsibility, giving you the opportunity to influence both working methods and results.

About the business:
You will become part of our team in Vilhelmina, working with operations, maintenance, and smaller construction projects, utilizing both internal staff and hired resources/subcontractors.
Examples of tasks performed by the group include:

• Winter road maintenance
• Sand removal
• Road inspections and traffic damage
• Paving works
• Vegetation management
• Drainage works (manholes and culverts)
• Signage and guardrail works
• Maintenance of rest areas

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with education in a relevant field and/or several years of experience as a site supervisor in construction, operations, and maintenance. Experience in operations and maintenance work, as well as winter road maintenance, is a requirement for the position.
You possess high social competence, work in a structured manner, and inspire trust when meeting both employees and customers. Your leadership is clear, present, and engaging.
Good computer skills and administrative ability are required, as all follow-up and documentation are done digitally, including via GPS-based systems.
