Marklund & Son Schakt AB is an established company in earthworks and contracting. Today we are about 25 employees and continue to grow. The company has been around since 1964 and today has a turnover of nearly 45 million SEK. Our goal is for both the customer and ourselves to be satisfied with the results. To achieve this, we always do our best to establish a long-term collaboration with our clients.

Your Responsibilities

As a site manager with us, you will work on planning, leading, and distributing incoming assignments. You will have a central role in the business and work closely with both customers and our employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute incoming jobs
• Calculate projects and prepare quotes
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and staff
• Follow up on projects and ensure that work flows according to plan

The position may involve travel within the local area to visit customers and employees.

Your Background/Attributes

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

• Good knowledge of the contracting industry
• Experience in project management, cost estimation, or similar is an advantage
• Strong ability to plan and structure work
• Driver's license (B)
